With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen James Riedl, beloved son, brother and uncle, at St. Amant on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at the age of 57.
He leaves to mourn his mother Anneliese; his sister Anita; his nieces, Elena and Sara; his St. Amant family of staff, volunteers and friends along with his extended family of aunts and cousins in Winnipeg and Germany. He was predeceased by his father, Hubert.
In accordance with his family’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life and Funeral Mass for Stephen will be held Thursday, February 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the St. Amant Chapel, 440 River Road.
